Last night was St. Clair Hospital’s 16th Annual Hugs for the Healing Heart Memorial Holiday Service. It was a beautiful event dedicated to remembering all the babies that passed away too soon. The Dice Family shared about their beloved son, Daniel, who lead them into giving “the gift of time” to local hospitals by donating Cuddle Cots so families can spend more time with their precious babies that have passed away. (St Clair Hospital was one of the local hospitals that has received a Cuddle Cot from the Dice Family). Snowflake ornaments that were donated from The Still Remembered Project were hung and a precious slideshow was shown during the evening. Soft music played and a candle lighting of hope was done for all of the families. It truly was a precious ceremony. Thank you to Susie Molek and the Hugs for the Healing Heart team at St Clair Hospital. What a beautiful evening!
